HEALTH OF HAIR AND FOOD





If your hair have problem, the first thing you blame is likely shampoo you use. However, have you ever think if the hair is also influenced by food consumption pattern?

If your hair dry, this is usually caused by dehydration, hair dying due to lack of nutrition, and hair fall is caused by stress. Here are some ways to keep the hair healthy:

Hair fall, hair formed by protein, so if you do not eat enough protein will cause your hair fall. Had better, the consumption of supplements multi-vitamin including vitamin C and iron every day. It is recommended for wash hair with the anti-fungus shampoo or tea tree oil and reduce consumption of sugar and salt.
